Docker image building service. Builds Docker images on demand, providing a managed service for creating container images without requiring local Docker infrastructure.

- **Cloud Run**: `docker-image-build-service-wui.jar` deployed to Google Cloud Run, serving the web UI at `dockerimagebuildservice.wasmserver.com`.
- **ContainerNursery**: `docker-image-service-server.jar` deployed to ContainerNursery, accessible via `url://dockerimages/`.

## Health Checks

- ContainerNursery: monitored via standard ContainerNursery health checks
