Edit Stream Demo

This edits services/stream-demo/page.md in the atlas repository. Saving commits straight to the default branch — there is no review step, so the revision history is the safety net.

Editing the page as plain markdown. The rich editor loads with the page; if it has not appeared, this field still saves normally.

Editing against commit 45ba0b30ed3bd42c34dcf9c502ce2dbb1429e9a0. A save is refused if the atlas has moved past it, so a slow edit cannot discard somebody else's commit.
